These terms govern your use of the FitPass platform. By using FitPass you agree to them.
Membership is personal and may not be transferred, shared or resold. Your membership entitles you to one gym visit per day at any partner gym. Membership runs from the activation date to the end date shown in your account.
Entry is verified by a QR code that changes every minute. Sharing your code, or allowing another person to use it, will result in suspension of your membership without refund.
Partner gyms are independent businesses with their own rules on opening hours, dress code and facilities. The list of partner gyms may change at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that any particular gym will remain available for the duration of your membership.
You exercise at your own risk. FitPass is not responsible for injury, damage or loss of property occurring at any partner gym.
We may suspend or cancel any account for misuse, pass sharing, or providing false information.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
