You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used your pass at any partner gym.
Once your first check-in is recorded, the membership is non-refundable.
For 3, 6 and 12-month memberships we may issue a partial refund for unused whole months, calculated after deducting days used at the standard monthly rate and an administrative fee.
A partner gym leaving the network does not create a right to a refund, as membership covers access to the network as a whole rather than any single gym.
No refund is given where an account has been suspended for pass sharing or misuse.
Email us with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
