What is FitPass?
One membership that gets you into every partner gym in Qatar. Pay monthly or longer, and you get a digital QR pass you show at any partner gym.
How often can I go?
One visit per day at any partner gym. Your visit resets at midnight.
Can I use a different gym every day?
Yes. Train somewhere different each day as long as it is in the network.
How do I use my pass?
Open your pass from your account and show the QR code at reception. They scan it and you are verified instantly.
Why does the code change every minute?
To protect your membership. A rotating code means a screenshot cannot be passed to someone else.
Is there a contract or joining fee?
No. No joining fee and no contract. Simply do not renew if you want to stop.
What happens when my membership ends?
Your pass stops working. You can renew any time from your account and access resumes immediately.
Can I share my membership?
No. Membership is personal. Sharing your pass results in suspension without refund.
How do I add my gym to the network?
Use the "Become a Partner" page. Fill in your gym details and we will contact you to review.
How do refunds work?
See our Refund Policy. You can request a full refund within 7 days if you have not used your pass.
